Himmelgram

The whole product

Himmelgram was an Instagram engagement-automation product that I conceived, built, and operated. My responsibilities covered product strategy, design, engineering, infrastructure, marketing, SEO, sales, and customer support.

What I built and operated

I developed the Windows desktop application in C#, backed by PHP and MySQL served through Nginx. The commercial website used WordPress and WooCommerce. I also managed customer acquisition and analytics through Google Ads and Google Analytics.

Outcome and status

The product reached approximately 1,000 users across free and paid plans and €3K in monthly recurring revenue. Those figures describe the business during its operating period, not current activity.

Himmelgram is discontinued. It remains an important part of my experience because my responsibility extended from the software itself to acquiring customers, supporting them, and operating the business.
